Lightroom Tuition

  • by

I recently had the pleasure of meeting members of the Northampton Inspire Camera Club to help them with some Lightroom tuition.

The majority of my Lightroom Workshop days are conducted for working photographers, so a rejig was necessary to make the tuition more relevant to the hobbyist.
It was a busy day with a lot of information to take in and a lot of questions answered. As usual though everyone left buzzing with all of the possibilities that have always been there but have just been out of sight. There is a mountain of information out on the web about Lightroom however there is no substitute to working through it live, together with someone who can show you around.

The great thing for me about Lightroom is the customization available to get Lightroom both looking and working how you want it to work for you. That is what I really hope people get out of the day, how to make the most of Lightroom’s presets and templates to make it work for them.

I conduct these workshops in Northampton but am happy to travel if the costs are met. I like to work with small groups of 3 to 5 people and always have a couple of spare computers for people to use on the day if they do not have their own laptop. My standard Lightroom tuition day in Northampton is £80 per person. I am also available for one to one tuition, please get in touch for a quote for personal 1 to 1 Lightroom tuition.

Any Camera Clubs looking for a talk on Lightroom please get in touch, always happy to come along and talk on the areas of Lightroom that are of the most interest to your members.
